We reserve the right to display onl those properties which we consider harmonious given that the site is reserved for exceptional homes.

3. Include the price that you would like to sell at.
4. If your property corresponds to our criteria we will send you an act of
agency mandating us to sell your property, otherwise we will return your
file to you.

Act of Agency - Obligatory

The real estate profession is regulated by law (2 January 1970) and th eact of agency is obligatory. We cannot therefore propose your property for sale until we have a signed act of agency by you or your delegated representative. Please not we reserve the right to refuse any property whose price does not conform to the market price. In most cases the act of agency is non exclusive which allows you the posssibility to sell privately.
We have an exclusive act of agency for a duration of 3 months - plase contact us regarding this. Our services are free for owners, the agency fees are payable by the future buyer if we sell the property.
